The UK Job Market

So, if you’re close to the end of full time education and live in the UK, you might be starting to think about your career prospects. You may be looking for an apprenticeship, or wondering about the best subjects to study in higher education to help you achieve your ambitions. You might just be looking for a change of career because you no longer want to continue in your current job. Whatever the reason, if you are short of ideas about what’s available or popular in the UK job market, then read on.

As a starting point, I have compiled a list of some of common job categories in the UK. There are also a few specific examples provided for each category.
